To place an order with CNL Sneakers, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout
• Have a valid delivery address within the EU

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, or violation of these terms.

Product Information:

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
• Product images are for illustrative purposes
• Descriptions are provided in good faith but may contain minor errors

Stock Availability:

Product availability is updated in real-time, but stock can sell out between browsing and checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you order:

• We'll notify you immediately
• Offer an alternative product or size (if available)
• Issue a full refund if you prefer

Limited edition releases may have purchase quantity restrictions.

Prices:

• All prices are shown in euros (€)
• Prices include VAT at the applicable Dutch rate (21%)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice (but your order price is locked in once placed)

Payment Authorization:

Payment is authorized and captured immediately when you place your order. Your bank statement will show "CNL Handel" or "CNL Sneakers."

1. Delivery & Risk:
We ship via reliable carriers (PostNL, DHL, UPS). The risk of loss transfers to you once the package is physically delivered to your address or a designated pickup point.

2. Mandatory Inspection (48 Hours):
You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing, you must report this to info@cnlhandel.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Your claim must include photos of the packaging and the damage.

3. Anti-Fraud Measures & "Empty Box" Claims:
To protect our customers and maintain our service standards, CNL Sneakers utilizes strict fulfillment protocols:

• Video Surveillance: Our packing facility is monitored. We retain video evidence of the contents of your order being packed and sealed.
• Weight Verification: All parcels are weighed prior to dispatch. This weight is verified against the carrier's independent weight scan at the time of handover.

4. Legal Consequences:
We take friendly fraud seriously. Confirmed attempts to defraud the company (e.g., claiming non-receipt of a delivered item) will be reported to the authorities and relevant anti-fraud databases, and result in a permanent ban from our store. Furthermore, if our investigation confirms that the package or product was tampered with to support a false claim, your right to return the item under the 14-day withdrawal period is immediately forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

14-Day Return Right:

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to return products for any reason, provided that no fraudulent claims (such as tampering or false 'item missing' reports) have been filed regarding the order (see 'Shipping, Claims & Investigations' above).

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

EU Consumer Rights:

If you're a consumer residing in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our website after changes indicates acceptance.
