Yes! CNL Sneakers provides a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.

This is your statutory right under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Before sending anything back:

1. Email us at info@cnlhandel.com with your order number
2. Tell us which items you'd like to return and the reason (optional but helpful)
3. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions

This helps us process your return faster and ensures your refund isn't delayed.

Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition:

✓ Unworn and unused
✓ Unwashed with no odors
✓ Original packaging intact
✓ All tags and labels attached
✓ Original box undamaged (sneaker boxes are part of the product)

Pack securely: Use a sturdy outer box or padded mailer to protect the original packaging during transit. We recommend double-boxing sneakers.

Important Note: All returns undergo a strict inspection. Returns that do not meet these conditions, or items/packaging found to be tampered with (as detailed in our Terms & Conditions), will be rejected immediately.

Important:

• Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package
• Use a tracked shipping service
• Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed
• Items returned without prior notification may be delayed

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping Tips:

• Use a tracked service (PostNL Track & Trace, DHL, etc.)
• Expect to pay €5-€15 for EU returns depending on your location
• Compare carrier rates to find the best price
• Untracked returns are sent at your own risk

Timeline:

• Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Processing: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
• Total Time: Usually 7-10 business days from when you ship it back
