Returns & the 14-day right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of the day your pair arrives, no reason needed. Once you've told us, you have another 14 days to send the shoes back. That's your Dutch and EU right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht), and we keep it simple.

How to withdraw
Fill in the withdrawal form. Sending it counts as your official notice, and we confirm receipt by email. Prefer another route? Email us a clear statement, or use the model withdrawal form on that page. You never need to wait for our approval to send a pair back.

Trying them on
Test the fit the way you would in a shop: indoors, on a clean floor. You keep your right of withdrawal either way; if a pair comes back with more wear than that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Return address
CNL Handel B.V., Vareseweg 135, 3047 AT Rotterdam, Netherlands. Use the original box where you can; it's the sensible way to pack shoes, not a condition of your refund.

Your refund
We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice: everything you paid for the order, including the cheapest standard delivery we offered, back to the same payment method with no fees. We may hold the refund until the shoes are back with us or you've shown proof of postage.

Return shipping
Sending a change-of-mind return back to Rotterdam is the one cost that's yours: you pay what your carrier charges for a tracked shoe-box parcel from your country. If a pair arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, the return is on us: get in touch and we'll arrange it.
