Orders above €50 ship free across the EU. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within a week.
Standard Processing Time:
• Orders placed before 14:00 CET are usually picked and packed the same day
• Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends are processed the next business day
• Allow 1-2 business days during peak periods (holidays, sales)
Order Confirmation:
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Holidays & Weekends:
We don't ship on Sundays or Dutch public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

3. Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates
Tracking Not Updating?
• It can take 12-24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch
• During busy periods, carrier scans may be delayed
• Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. If there is no movement after this time, please contact us.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package, please check with neighbors or safe spots first. If it is still missing, you must follow our strict claim procedure:
Reporting Timeline:
You must contact us at info@cnlhandel.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window will be denied.
Before Dispatch: Email us immediately at info@cnlhandel.com with your order number and new address. If we haven't shipped yet, we can update it.
After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we cannot redirect parcels once they're with the carrier. You can:
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request a delivery redirect (fees may apply)
• Let the package return to us, then we'll reship to the correct address (you'll need to cover new shipping costs)
Prevent Issues: Always double-check your delivery address before completing checkout!
It depends on the carrier and your location:
Netherlands (PostNL): If you're not home, the package is usually left with a neighbor or at a nearby pickup point. You'll receive a notification card.
Other EU Countries: Most carriers attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to a pickup location or depot.
Signature Required? Generally, we ask our couriers to require a signature for high-value orders.
Delivery Instructions: Some carriers allow you to leave delivery instructions via their tracking portal (e.g., "leave at back door").
No problem! You have 14 days to return any item for a full refund or exchange (subject to our anti-fraud policy).
